- Remove the whole bathroom and consider best options it terms of space and current needs
- Full height wall tiling
- Would like walk in shower - can have a small stepdown
- The bath can stay but it is not essential
- The window in the bathroom can be restyled to suit
- Would like to have a square cavity in the shower wall for soap, and a step for feet
- Large towel rail
- Would prefer smaller mirror or something different from current large mirror
- Adjacent toilet to be renovated at the same time, keep the tiling height

Thanks. Would be beneficial to have measurements so can see the proposed sizes.
We were considering the following
1. The walk in shower to run along the wall you have the vanity on with shower entry being to the left as you enter the bathroom.
2. Towel rack to be on the wall directly in front of you as you walk towards the shower entry
3. A storage utility with bench top on the LHS wall as you walk towards the shower entry.
4. The vanity to be on the wall directly opposite the bathroom door entry.
5. An additional towel rack on the RHS wall as you walk through the bathroom door entry and before the vanity.
What do you think?
Are we able to draw our design in your system?

Serg,

thanks for the photo realistic. Looks good.

Thinking we would like to have the shower hob wall set at a 1 metre opening (shower screen to sit on outside edge of wall at approx. 1.11 metres). Shower hob wall to run to a length of approx. 1.4 metres with the shower screen running the full 1.4metre length.

Shower floor to be graded to waste with no step down.

Unplumbed vanity to be moved to sit on wall to rear of shower recess.

With this in mind and the knowledge you have gained from what we are after can you give us a reasonably good estimate of the cost for this and the toilet.

I have spoken to the City of Joondalup who seem a little unsure over the phone, but feel approval might be necessary for the changes, particularly the window.

Apparently there is two ways to deal with this 9if it needs to be)

1. Lodge form BA2 and council has 25 days to respond. Cost around $160

2. Lodge form BA1 signed off by a Building Surveyor together with form BA2, Council then has 10 days to respond. Cost around $160 plus fee payable to Building Surveyor.

3. 3. Council response would be in form BA3

I will be available after 430pm today.
